Accordingly, under Art. 16 DPA, you have the right to request the completion of data concerning you or the correction of incorrect data concerning you. Under Art. 17 DSGVO, you have the right to demand that data concerning you be deleted immediately, or alternatively, under Art. 18 DSGVO, to demand that the processing of the data be restricted. You have the right to demand that the data concerning you, which you have provided us with, is received in accordance with Art. 20 DSGVO and to demand that it be passed on to other responsible parties. 6. Right to withdraw
You have the right to revoke consents granted in accordance with Art. 7 Para. 3 DSGVO with effect for the future. If the revocation takes place during an ongoing business transaction, the deletion will take place immediately after its completion. Further legal obligations to delete or block data remain unaffected by this.
7. Right to object
You can object to the future processing of data concerning you at any time in accordance with Art. 21 DSGVO. In particular, you may object to processing for the purposes of direct advertising.
8. Technical and organisational measures
We will take the technical and organizational measures necessary to ensure the implementation of the regulations on data protection, provided that the effort is in reasonable proportion to the intended protection purpose.
